Message Thought I'd update with some other things I have checked now.

Cleaned the battery off and followed some grounds, all looked fine and we're tight. I don't have the best means to test battery, but it is reading low. Reads about 10v with car off, jumps up to just 14 on, and drops to 13.4 under load. It also dips well below 9v on startup not sure if that is normal.

Checked all resistance on spark plug connectors, all read .8

Retested TPS throughout entire range and it checked out fine although resistance seems just jump around value wise on the hard idle switch. I adjusted it to where I first notice and resistance and tightened. At that point, my tps was reading .46 but the resistance reading itself would jump around from about .5 then up all over the map. Could be my multimeter just not making perfect contact any suggestions?

Waiting on a fuel pressure gauge from a friend to check fuel pressure. Checked all relays and they look fine as well as fuel pump. Pump was new about 6 months ago but I'll know more after I get the test gauge.

Tried that little plug diy to check for leaks. Charged system fine and couldn't hear any air leaks.

Went through with sensor cleaner and electrical contact cleaner and recleaned MAF and all connectors for MAF, TPS, coolant temp, cas, detonation sensor and aac. Still going to replace the coolant temp and aac since I can see a bit of corrosion on them still but I'm having a hard time sourcing the part locally so might have to order off the net.

As well, couple weird things happened the other day (maybe battery or alternator related). My daytime running lights on worked on left side, and it was running bright as it should for highbeam. Then my headlights worked fine, but when I turned on my high beams, only the right one came on. Obviously the left still works and it was on for daytime running as high beam. This only happened twice then hasnt happened since and they all work now.

I can also hear my line pressure solenoid making noise with ignition on,and throttle closed. The buzz goes away when I open the throttle or unplug the tps and move the connectors a good distance away. Ran tranny codes, and it reads short now for the solenoid. I inspected all wires and they seems fine could it just be dying? and would that caue my hesitation?

I am still interested in the fact that it shifts and drives fine until it reads warm. Then almost to the second its hot it starts to have problems.


Sorry for the really long post just wanted to get all my thoughts out before I forget them!
